Nocturnal Falcon was once a dark guild and subordinate guild to Grimoire Heart. The guild specialised in assassination, in particular of public officials believed to have been involved in corruption. The members had intended to work in tandem with Zero, however they were instead soundly defeated by the vigilante and incarcerated. Later on, in an ironic twist, the members were released, as a result of the corruption within the Magic Council and subsequently absorbed into Grimoire Heart.
